GoRenter Homes LLC was founded in 1982 as a full-service real estate investment firm. We specialized in Arizona rental homes – we still do. In 25 years since we first opened, Maricopa County has grown massively; from about 900,000 people in 1982 to an anticipated 4.1 million in 2010. To survive and flourish, our business had to grow and evolve with the Phoenix rental property market. So, whilst we still have houses to rent on a conventional lease, we also offer rent to own homes. Sometimes called lease-purchase, lease to own, option to buy or lease to purchase; this method of buying the rental home you live in has proved to be very popular in our booming market.  A tenant can become a buyer; living in their home whilst saving for a down-payment or working to clean up a credit problem. Our tenants enjoy renting with us because we feature only quality single-family residences that they are proud to call home. Our tenant retention rate is very high, averaging over three years.
